Trey was sitting in the vet's waiting room with Sandy. He couldn't believe that she actually took him there! Trey was mad, but he was also scared out of his wits. 'What if they start throwing darts at me?' he asked remembering his master's way of giving him his 'shots'. This was the absolute worst day of Trey's life. He stretched his leg out again. Geez, it would barely move! Trey didn't think of it much and he was growing impatient. "Please, let's go!" Trey whined to Sandy, whom appeared to be perfectly calm. The waiting room was deserted apart from them, so it wasn't possible to disturb anyone. "Aaaaarrrroooo!!!" Trey howled, standing on one of his hind legs, since the other wasn't moving, and howled pitifully. He gave the best puppy eyes as he could to Sandy, but knew it wouldn't work. "I don't need to see the vet!" he cried banging his head off the ground, like he first did in the pound. This trip to the vet was opening memories, that he never wanted to think of again. Now he was going to be miserable.

Sandy frowned. "I's going to be ok don't worry" Sandy picked him up and began petting him hopping to sooth him and calm him down some. "There is absolutly nothing to be scared of this dr is one of the nicest vets I've ever met" she said hopping to confer thim.

Trey looked at Sandy. "Do you really think I'm gonna believe that? Just let me out of here!" He howled loudly. Trey jumped off Sandy, and began stamping his feet like a baby. "I'll be fine..." he said more calmly to Sandy. "I just want to go home..."
The Vet had been hearing all the comotion and came outside. "I only have a couple more minutes of paper work. Is something wrong?" she asked. The paper work wasn't very important but it would be good to get it out of the way. Though if it was an emergency, it could wait. She looked from Sandy to Trey, and back again. "He's here for a check-up, correct?" The Vet asked Sandy. She had been reading the sign-in sheet, and this was probably the dog that wasn't acting as well as usual.

"Hi and yes this is the dog and untill I mentioned the vets he wasn't acting normal he was always sleeping had he has bean limping a little I think theres somthing wrong with one of his legs and I wanted it to get checked to make sure it's nothing serious but I don't think he likes he vet. I don't know but maybe he had a bad experiance before I adopted him" Sandy sighed

Trey looked at the Vet and then Sandy. The Vet seemed okay, but he wasn't taking his chances. He pointedly turned his back to her, and then growled in the corner. "Sandy, lets please go!" he whined again, hoping Sandy would change her mind. Again he looked at the Vet and then turned. He could see the door open to a room with machinery. 'I knew it. She's just like my old master. I bet she has a pit-bull in there to...' he thought, half scared, half happy that he knew what was going on.
The Vet looked at Trey. "Mmmm..." she said looking at him. "The paperwork can wait. Bring him in." she said turning and walking back into her office. The Vet had become more professional, since her first visit with Sadie and Alexis. She walked into the room and motioned for Sandy and Trey to follow.

Sandy bent down and picked up Trey and followed the vet. "I hope it's nothing serious if there is something wrong" Sandy said and set him on the table in the middle of the room. She kept a tight hold of the leash right by the coller so he couldn't jump of the table.
